The Associate exam isn't difficult, but I still recommend it. It's a good way to get familiar with the basics. The Developer exam is longer and more complex, but don't let that scare you off, even if you don't write code. Anthropic's prep course explains the required topics thoroughly, so there's no need to buy expensive exam prep courses.

Being able to use AI to speed up your work is quickly becoming a basic expectation. I'm glad I get to turn my own ideas into AI-supported workflows for documentation and testing.
